Messaging Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 13, 2026

Program description

Dr. Victor Mendoza Dental Clinic offers a messaging program for patients and prospective patients who ask us about veneers and smile design. Once you opt in, we may send you replies about your free virtual smile assessment, appointment confirmations and reminders, treatment follow-up, answers to your questions, and occasional promotional offers.

How to opt in

You opt in by checking the consent box on our web form at veneers.drvictormendoza.com, or by sending a text message to our business number. The consent box is never pre-checked, and consent is not a condition of purchase — you can request an assessment without agreeing to receive messages.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further messages. Reply START to subscribe again.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message, email info@drvictormendoza.com, or call +1 754 242 7249.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies depending on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply — these are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier and your device.

Calls and automated technology

If you gave consent, calls may be placed using an automatic telephone dialing system and may use a prerecorded or artificial (AI) voice. Every call identifies our practice at the start. Calls may be recorded for quality and record-keeping; when they are, you are told so at the beginning of the call and may end the call if you do not wish to be recorded.

Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service providers, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
